Mike fixed my broken springs, replaced bearings and replaced wheels that were at the end of their life and lubricated. He was very professional and competent. I would highly suggest services from this company. I have been a satisfied customer since initial installation 15 years ago in 2010.

Great service (next day). Great knowledgeable technician (Rick). Diagnosed the problem; obtained the needed parts to repair and repaired in a very timely manner. Reasonable price. Kareem was so very kind and patient with me,explaining options. I chose to have him replace the rubber strip on the bottom of my garage door to help keep mice out-he suggested I buy a strip at Home Depot to put across the floor as further deterent. He then got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am so very appreciative for him.

Ricardo stopped by to make an adjustment to a garage door Lifetime had installed earlier this year. After an inspection, Rick noticed that the balance of the door was slightly off and he made an adjustment to the spring tension. After the spring adjustment and a fresh lubrication, the door operates much smoother and quieter now. All this work and there was no service charge. Lifetime is truly a great company to do business with!

Lifetime is excellent! They were able to provide a reasonable ballpark figure via phone to replace my broken spring(s) and scheduled the work promptly. Mike M arrived timely and efficiently performed the needed repair. Final cost very reasonable. Very good communication throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Just finishing up building my house and had an issue with a brand new door that wouldn't stay closed. Called them up for a simple adjustment. When they showed up, not only did they do the door adjustment, but they even replaced a panel in the door that had damage that I didn't even know about.
After dealing with this house build and all the stress of that, it was a nice relief to have a company come in that cares about the quality of their product along with the delivery of said product. The guys on-site were super professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!

They had incredible response times, are very pleasant to work with, were helpful and explained everything to me, had excellent communication, and very reasonable prices. We had a house built and had an issue with our door that was still under warranty. We also had John/Jon as our tech like the review below. We had the same experience as them. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and also didn't mind me asking questions and hanging out while they he did his work. He went way above and beyond what he was there for to make sure everything was set right, lubricated, and working smoothly before he left. To be real honest, he was by far and away the best tech we have had from any of the contractors used with our new house. Highly recommend asking for him if you call LTDC.
