Kevin was efficient and personable and replaced cables and plates (used). He Fixed the garage door opener installed bottom weatherstripping and provided advice on painting the door and lubrication. Excellent!

When we called you for a new garage door opener and rubber on the bottom of the door, the man that answered the phone was very kind. Jay came and did a great job installing the garage door opener, rubber, and replacing two broke springs. Excellent service like we did in the past (2019) when we put in two new doors at the farm. Keep up the good work.

Really great experience when we had a problem with our overhead door. The technician came the next day and was highly professional. Took care of our issue quickly. Will absolutely call them next time we have an issue. Great job!

Our Tech Kareem came out to fix our garage door. He called to give an e.t.a., I was texted just before his arrival and he was on time. The job was done in less than 30 min. Kareem was very polite and did an excellent job!

Kareem was so very kind and patient with me,explaining options. I chose to have him replace the rubber strip on the bottom of my garage door to help keep mice out-he suggested I buy a strip at Home Depot to put across the floor as further deterent. He then got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am so very appreciative for him.
Kareem did an excellent job. Very friendly, informative, repairs were completed in a timely manner. Spent time updating me on what work needed to be completed. If you need your garage door fixed, ask for Kareem. Service with a smile!

Ricardo stopped by to make an adjustment to a garage door Lifetime had installed earlier this year. After an inspection, Rick noticed that the balance of the door was slightly off and he made an adjustment to the spring tension. After the spring adjustment and a fresh lubrication, the door operates much smoother and quieter now. All this work and there was no service charge. Lifetime is truly a great company to do business with!
Cannot express how happy we are! Design team worked with my wife and me through so many options and choices. From that moment, to flawless install… just a few weeks… and I feel like we have a new house! Super quiet Liftmaster motor installed as well. Thanks to the whole team at Lifetime Door!

Lifetime is excellent! They were able to provide a reasonable ballpark figure via phone to replace my broken spring(s) and scheduled the work promptly. Mike M arrived timely and efficiently performed the needed repair. Final cost very reasonable. Very good communication throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!
Just finishing up building my house and had an issue with a brand new door that wouldn't stay closed. Called them up for a simple adjustment. When they showed up, not only did they do the door adjustment, but they even replaced a panel in the door that had damage that I didn't even know about.
After dealing with this house build and all the stress of that, it was a nice relief to have a company come in that cares about the quality of their product along with the delivery of said product. The guys on-site were super professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have used their services twice now, both emergencies trying to get to work and my garage door wouldn’t go up. They had incredible response times, are very pleasant to work with, were helpful and explained everything to me, had excellent communication, and very reasonable prices. We had a house built and had an issue with our door that was still under warranty. We also had John/Jon as our tech like the review below. We had the same experience as them. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and also didn't mind me asking questions and hanging out while they he did his work. He went way above and beyond what he was there for to make sure everything was set right, lubricated, and working smoothly before he left. To be real honest, he was by far and away the best tech we have had from any of the contractors used with our new house. Highly recommend asking for him if you call LTDC.
